Submission Guideline
Submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the Conference and are subject to both review and editing.
-Language: English is the official
language of the conference. The paper should be written
and presented only in English.
-Publication & Presentation: Full paper submission is
required if you consider publishing your paper.
-Presentation Only: Abstract submission is acceptable
for presentation only at ICHC 2022.
Full Papers: Long Papers are limited to a total of 8 (at
least 5 pages) pages, including all content and
references, extra pages will be charged.
-Full Paper (Presentation and Publication): Accepted
full paper will be invited to give the oral presentation
at the conference and be published in international
journal.
To publish the full paper and give the oral presentation, please send us the full paper.
Abstract Papers: Short Papers are limited to a total of
1 (about 200-300 words) pages, including all content and
references.
-Abstract (Presentation only): Accepted abstract will be
invited to give the oral presentation at the conference,
which will not be published.
To give presentation only, please just send us the
abstract.

Please follow the format when preparing your paper. If you have no publication purpose, please submit abstract only.
Paper Page Limit
Regular Papers: Each paper must be at least 5 pages, up to 8 pages.
Extra pages ( begin at page 9) will be charged $50 (US dollars) per page.

In order to aviod any inconvenience caused to you and the confernece, please note only choose one method to submit your articles, do not submit twice.

Submission Important Notes
1. ICHC will not accept any paper which, at the time of submission, is under review, is accepted for publication, or has already been published in another conference or a journal. Authors are also expected not to submit their papers elsewhere during the ICHC reviewing period. Papers will be selected based on their originality, significance, relevance, and clarity of presentation assessed by at least two reviewers. The review results will be sent to the authors indicated on the submitted articles by emails. Please look out for the emails from the conference secretary.
2. Regular Papers: Each paper must be no less than 5 pages (including the abstract, figures, tables, and references). Extra pages (from Page 9) will be charged 50 USD per extra page.
3. All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. If an author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:
1) Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final publications.
2) Report the authors violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s).
